Try the Stripe billing portal first. You can update payments, view invoices, and cancel from there without emailing us.
It's Probably Not Broken
If something isn't working, it might be browser cache, JavaScript disabled, or an extension blocking things. Try a different browser or incognito mode. That solves most "broken" reports.
